Fees
At Heritage Dentistry, we strive for excellence in all that we do. Regardless of the cost, we want to make our patients feel comfortable in helping them achieve their goals. Prior to beginning any treatment, we will make sure we spend reviewing the details of the procedure and how much it will cost.
Insurance
We will be happy to file your insurance on your behalf. Our office works very hard to use the latest technology to provide information to the insurance company in order to maximize your benefits. Although we will provide as much documentation as possible, it is ultimately up to the patient to understand his/her policy.
The insurance company is primarily interested in making money, the less they pay out the more profitable they are. This means that oftentimes they pay very little toward what the best treatment option is for our patients. Our goal is to offer all of our patients ideal care and work out the best way to pay for it.
Financing
We work with both Care Credit and Lending Club to give patients the option to spread out the cost of treatment. Many times, these companies have 0% interest programs. These are great options for those who want to move ahead with ideal care and pay over time.
How The Process Works
- We schedule a time for a comprehensive evaluation to meet you and to discover your goals for your teeth.
- With those goals in mind, we develop a plan that best suits your individual needs. This can be at a separate appointment to make sure we have adequate time to discuss all options and answer any questions
- Once a plan is developed, we will review the costs of the treatment. At this time, we will review all of the financial options we have at our office.
